  • Assistant Professor for Obstetrics and Gynecology at University of Ljubljana.
  • Head of the Department of Perinatology, at  Division of Obstetrics and Gynecology, University Medical Centre in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
  • Specialist in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Sub-specialization training in fetal medicine at Harris Birthright Centre for Fatal Medicine at King’s College in London (1996 and 1997- 1998), Diploma in Fetal Medicine by Fetal Medicine Foundation.
  • PhD thesis “First trimester screening test for fetal chromosomopathies and obstetrical complications” in 2003 at Faculty of Medicine, University of Ljubljana. She introduced screening for fetal chromosomal abnormalities with nuchal translucency in Slovenia.
  • Her special clinical and research interest is in detection of fetal abnormalities and chromosomopathies, management of multiple pregnancies, screening and prevention of preterm labour, cesearean section, preeclampsia, maternal obesity and termination of pregnancy for medical reasons.
