*Non-tenured junior scientists. Registration form must be accompanied by a letter from the head of the department, confirmingtheir status. The letter should be printed on department letterhead and addressed to the Registration Department of the congress.

Fees include: COGI scientific updates, newsletters, access to accepted abstracts, full participation in an annual COGI congress, participation in the young scientist competition, the annual COGI book, COGI bag, COGI certificate and free access to COGI social networks

Payment
Payment of registration fees can be made through this website using a credit card or by sending the Secretariat a bank transfer.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be faxed, electronically mailed or post-marked. Refund of registration fees will be as follows:
Postmarked before August 27, 2008 - 100% refund (minus € 50 handling fee).
Postmarked from August 27, 2008 – 50% refund.
No Refund cancellations sent after October 27, 2008.
Liability
The Congress Secretariat and Organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents, nor loss of or damage to private property of participants, either during or directly arising from the The 11th World Congress on Controversies in Obstetrics Gynecology & Infertility (COGI) .
Participants should make their own arrangements with respect to health and travel insurance.
