In each hotel, a limited number of rooms have been provisionally reserved for the Congress participants. It is strongly advised to book as early as possible to ensure reservation of the preferred hotel.

Accommodation requests are processed when the form and full payment are received. Reservations can be made online by filling out the Registration & Accommodation Reservation From. Accommodation invoices will be issued directly by the hotel at checkout.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation of any hotel nights reserved will be accepted until 23 July 2012 and the total amount will be refunded less a cancellation fee of €50 per room.
• Cancellations received before the 23rd of July - full refund minus €50 per room handling fees
• Cancellations received between 24th July and 30th of August – 25% refundable deposit
• Cancellations received after the 31st of August – non-refundable
• Should you cancel your reservation after the 31st of August 2012 or if you arrive later or leave earlier than the dates indicated on your reservation form, the total accommodation amount will be charged and no refunds can be made.
• No-shows: Rooms will be released as of 09.00 hours on the first day of your booking. Non-refundable

Modification Conditions

• All dates, rooms or name changes must be made in writing and are subject to the Hotels’ availability until July 15. After this date, Mundiconvenius cannot guarantee that modifications can be handled.
• DATE CHANGES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AFTER 15 JULY 2012
• Room type and name changes received after July 15, 2012 will be charged an administrative fee of 35 € per room.
