Fees

*Non-tenured junior scientists. Registration form must be accompanied by a letter from the head of the department, confirming their status. The letter should be printed on department letterhead and addressed to the Registration Department of the congress.

Fees include: COGI scientific updates, newsletters, access to accepted abstracts, full participation in an annual COGI congress, participation in the young scientist competition, the annual COGI Book, COGI bag, COGI certificate and free access to COGI social networks

Payment

Payment of registration fees should be made through this website by credit card, check or bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be faxed, electronically mailed or post-marked. Refund of registration fees will be as follows:

• Postmarked before 31, 2012 - 100% refund (minus € 50 handling fee).
• No Refund cancellations sent after September 1, 2012.

Liability

The Congress Secretariat and Organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents, nor loss of or damage to private property of participants, either during or directly arising from the The 17th World Congress on Controversies in Obstetrics, Gynecology & Infertility (COGI).

Participants should make their own arrangements with respect to health and travel insurance.
