Judy Evans
Judy has worked in the general practice sector for over 20 years both in a clinical and an advocacy capacity. She has contributed at both national and local levels through education, research, policy and standards development. Judy has worked in the areas of eHealth, quality and safety standards, infection control and best-practice clinical guidelines. Her current position as Project Manager Education at the Australian Cancer Survivorship Centre, Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre is to bring together the clinical expertise of general practice and specialist cancer teams to facilitate experiential learning and knowledge transfer. Her role is to develop, implement and evaluate a clinical placement for general practice within cancer specialist teams to work towards a shared care model. Judy has a specific interest in team-based models of care and systems re-design to better support quality multidisciplinary care.
