Payment
Payment for rooms’ reservations should be made through this website by credit card or bank transfer. The room’s validation will be only after receiving the payment.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be faxed, electronically mailed or post-marked. Refund of registration fees will be as follows:
- Postmarked before March 31st, 2012 - 100% refund (minus € 50 handling fee)
- Postmarked from April 1st, 2012 – 50% refund
- No Refund for cancellations sent after June 1st, 2012
