Name Badge
All participants and exhibitors are kindly requested to wear their name badges throughout the Congress in order to be admitted to the lecture halls and scheduled activities.
Certificate of Attendance
Certificates of attendance will be available for all participants and will be inserted in the registration kit.
Liability & Insurance
The Congress Secretariat and Organizers cannot accept responsibility whatsoever for injury or damage involving persons and property either during or indirectly arising from the congress. Participants are advised to make their own arrangements with respect to personal health and travel insurance.
CME Credits
Serono Symposia will submit the main congress program for accreditation by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME).
To receive the CME credits, you will be asked to complete an online questionnaire. After completing the questionnaire, you will receive your certificate directly from Serono Symposia.

Visa
Participants are requested to check with the Czech Republic consulate or diplomatic mission in their home country or with their travel agency for visa requirements. It is the responsibility of the participant to obtain a visa if required.
