All rates are in EUR per room, per night, and include all taxes required and are subject to fluctuation. Any significant variation may lead to a retroactive increase in the specific hotel rate.
Only guaranteed reservations will be accepted: to guarantee your reservation a deposit covering the first night is required, either by bank transfer or by credit card (deposits will be deducted from the final hotel bill when paid by the participant at the hotel). After 12, March, 2014 midnight CET, only payment made by credit card will be accepted
Large group reservations (more than 9 participants) will be handled by MCI Suisse S.A. with separate contracts.
