*Nurses, Students and Residents must provide proof confirming their status, which can be sent by replying to the registration confirmation email you will receive upon completion of the process.
Fees include: DDDN scientific updates, newsletters, access to accepted abstracts, full participation in an annual DDDN congress, participation in the young scientist competition, the annual DDDN Book, DDDN bag, DDDN certificate and free access to DDDN social networks, Networking Reception at the Congress.

Payments should be made through this website by credit card (Eurocard/Mastercard, Visa or American Express), check or bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be faxed, electronically mailed or post-marked. Refund of registration fees will be as follows:

  • Postmarked until June 30, 2014 - 100% refund (minus € 50 handling fee).
  • Postmarked from July 1, 2014 until July 31, 2014 - 50% refund
  • No Refund for cancellations sent as of August 1, 2014.

Liability

DDDN cannot accept liability for personal accidents, nor loss of or damage to private property of participants, either during or directly arising from The World Congress on Neurotherapeutics.
Participants should make their own arrangements with respect to health and travel insurance.
